Vincent Harkins

Vincent Harkins is a first-year Master's student at UC Santa Cruz studying Computer Science and Engineering. He conducts research in the Neuromorphic Computing Group, focusing on energy-aware computing. In VICTR Lab, he’s working on the chatbot interface, and designing chatbot interactions alongside the team.
